Launch Pad · New agents start here
Welcome to the family.
You didn't just change jobs — you started a business. That's no small thing, and you won't build it alone.
You don't have to do everything. You just need to know what to do next — and it's one click down.
The Launch Plan
The actual job begins here: eight weeks of conversations, appointments, and agreements, mapped week by week to your first closed deal. Check things off as you go — supported-model agents earn a better split at the week-5 milestone.
5Core training
Runs alongside the plan, not after it: Breakthrough 120, contract classes, orientation, Roadmaps — the skills the plan puts to work.
People will call this "getting your license." What actually happened is bigger: you started a business this week. Most people never do.
Set your pace
The steps above are the path — training, events, and tools all flex around them. Some agents have 40 hours a week; some are building Double Duty around a job or a family with 5 or 10. You may see more here than you can reasonably attend. That's okay. The goal is not to attend everything. The goal is to consistently execute the right activities for the business you're building — and that's exactly what your first coaching call is for.
Schedule your new-agent coaching call
Bring your goals, your available time, and your questions — that's all the prep it needs. Training teaches you the skills; coaching is where you decide how to apply them.

And yes — the first month of any business feels like drinking from a firehose. Every founder's does. The feeling is temporary. Owning your ceiling isn't.
