Set up your business social profiles
Business profiles — not your personal pages — are what SocialBAY and Command post to, what clients vet you with, and what keeps your advertising compliant. Set them up once, properly.
- Facebook Business Page. From your personal profile: Menu → Pages → Create. Category "Real Estate Agent". A personal profile can't be connected to posting tools — the Page is what everything plugs into.
- Instagram professional account. Settings → Account type → switch to Professional (Business), then link it to your new Facebook Page. This link is what lets tools post to both at once.
- LinkedIn. Update your headline and experience to your role here; recruiters, vendors, and referral partners all look.
- Google Business Profile. Free at business.google.com — it's what shows when someone Googles your name, and where reviews live. Start collecting reviews from closing #1.
- Brand them all the same way: the same headshot everywhere, official logos from go.kw.com, and follow the KW style guide. On every business profile, include Keller Williams Indy Metro Partners by name — Indiana advertising rules require your brokerage to be identifiable, and it protects you.
- Now connect them: plug your pages into SocialBAY (the office pays for it) and add the links to your Marketing Profile.
