Import your phone contacts into Command

Your phone book is your database — it just doesn't know it yet. Two minutes on the Command App moves it in. Do this in week one.

  1. Install the Command App and log in with your KW credentials — App Store · Google Play. (New to the app? Start with The two KW apps.)
  2. Tap the Contacts icon at the bottom of the app.
  3. Tap the ⋯ (three dots) at top right → Import Contacts, and allow access to your phone contacts when asked.
  4. Check the people you want — or Select All — then Continue. Don't agonize: a messy database in Command beats a clean one still trapped in your phone.
  5. Add a tag when prompted (e.g. phone-import or sphere) so you can find this batch later, then confirm. Command skips anyone whose email or phone already exists, so you can't create duplicates.
  6. Then make the import worth something: put the batch on a SmartPlan, and start your weekly conversations from this list.
